"Trækfugl" (the danish word for a migratory bird)is the soundtrack for the video installation of paper art created by the famous danish writer and storyteller Hans Christian Andersen.

The sound design that compliments the music, is created from the processing of recorded sounds of paper and scissors being used in different ways.

The installation is setup at the Hans Christian Andersen House, a HCA museum in the town of Odense, where HCA was born. The museum is in the actual house where HCA's mother gave birth to him.

The scanned images of the paper art is digitally processed and projected from the inside onto windows covered with paper.
The 10 minute visual and musical journey is then viewed from the little romantic park Lotzes Have, that lies right behind the musuem, and from wich you can enter the HCA House.
